<p>Join the Family Caregivers Center for an eight week series exploring dementia basics. Come for one class or all to learn about dementia and how to support someone living with dementia. Together in Song Chorus
<p>The Together in Song Chorus is a fun low pressure chorus for individuals living with dementia and other chronic conditions, their care partners, and volunteer singers. Together in Song brings together individuals of all skill levels and musical backgrounds with the goal of providing social connection, meaning and purpose.
