Caring for Parents with Chronic Conditions
This supportive learning group is designed for adult children who are caregivers and/or are supporting a caregiver of a parent with a chronic condition. Participants will have the opportunity to share and discuss ideas about topics that are common to the caregiving experience, such as stress, communication and finding balance. The Together in Song Chorus is a fun, low pressure chorus for individuals with dementia and other chronic conditions, their care partners and volunteer singers. Great Challenges of Caregiving
This supportive eight-week learning group is for caregivers of someone with a chronic condition. Topics common to the caregiving experience, such as mood management, anxiety, communications, changes in family and social relationships and financial impacts of a chronic condition will be discussed.
