Transportation can become a challenge as we age; Cedar Rapids City Bus Service can be an option, whether to meet a one-time need or for routine transportation option. Join Gary Setter and Pat at the Bridge Senior Center as we take a group bus ride to the Ground Transportation Center. There, Marci Williams, Transportation Programs Coordinator, will provide a hands-on overview of how to read a bus schedule, ride the city bus, and use the Express 380 service to Iowa City. Tammy Bayer will be leading a beginner level chair yoga class. She will adapt the class as needed to fit your needs and mobility levels. Chair yoga uses a chair for support with seated and (occasional) standing postures. This makes yoga accessible to those who are new to it, have various physical limitations, or find other yoga classes challenging.
