Dessert & WINE Mixology at Ackerman Winery
Come to Amana and indulge in an afternoon of wine and specialty dessert pairings. This is in partnership with The Dessert Mixologist from Fairfield Iowa, presenting a holiday themed demonstration to help you prepare for all your special gatherings! Space limited. Menu & Demo: Smores Cake paired with our Edelweiss Wine. Our newest offering of our Estate grown Edelweiss is better than ever. On the nose, complex notes of fresh cut grass, white pepper, eucalyptus, melon, and magnolia flowers lead a rich, fruit-forward palate with hints of citrus and pineapple. Apple Cake Charcuterie paired with our Apfelwein. Faint notes of pie crust and freshly sliced apples on the nose, lead to rich apple on the palate accompanied by a long and lingering finish. Serve chilled, or warm in a crock pot with sliced apples on chilly nights. Raspberry Lava Cake paired with our Red Raspberry Wine. This award winning Red Raspberry really packs a punch of rich berry flavors. This wine can easi#ly be enjoyed with your favorite chocolate dessert or poured over ice cream. (OR CAKE!)
