The May meeting of Journeys Bereavement Social Group will feature a class facilitated by Stephanie Neighbor Kubik, Certified Yoga Teacher and Owner of Vella Yoga (Marion). Stephanie will lead the group in a seated chair yoga session.
Enjoy the reflective and healing practice of mindful movement in a small group setting. Plan to wear comfortable clothing.
