Find plants and garden decor, perfect for a gift for mom, at the Save CR Heritage Pre-Mother's Day Popup Plant Sale! Garden plants include beloved standards such as daylilies, ferns, iris and hosta, and more unusual varieties including Peruvian daffodils, Golden Cutleaf Sumac, Solomon's seal and Aztec lilies. Garden figurines, tools and architectural salvage treasures are also available during the sale, from 5-6 p.m. Friday, May 9, just in time for Mother's Day, or bring mom along to choose her own plants! Free flower seeds given to visitors as long as they last. Parking is available behind the J.E. Halvorson House, 606 Fifth Ave. SE, where the sale is held. Proceeds support the nonprofit Save CR Heritage.
