Julie Parisi, Executive Director of NewBo City Market and former owner of ZaZa's Pasta, joins us for the second time this year. Julie will offer a live cooking demonstration and a discussion on meal planning following the loss of a partner or other household member.
Journeys was created in order to provide support to those in our community who have experienced the loss of someone they love, with the understanding that grieving hearts need care and connection.
