Event Description

Celebrate the beauty of nature in glass! In this beginner-friendly warm glass workshop, you'll create an elegant 6-inch round Glass Branch Bowl featuring a graceful branch design surrounding a solid glass center. Using strips of fusible glass, you'll learn how to arrange and shape each branch to create a delicate, organic design that is both artistic and functional. Choose from a variety of glass colors, from rich autumn browns and ambers to classic black, soft neutrals, or contemporary color palettes, to create a bowl that reflects your personal style. Once complete, your piece will be kiln-fired and slumped into a 6-inch round functional bowl, making it perfect for displaying wrapped treats, jewelry, keys, seasonal décor, or simply as a beautiful centerpiece. Along the way, you'll learn the fundamentals of warm glass, including cutting, shaping, arranging, and kiln-forming techniques. No experience is necessary—our instructors will guide you through every step. All materials, instruction, kiln firing, and bowl forming are included. Your finished fused glass bowl will be ready for pickup approximately three weeks after the workshop. Date: Saturday, October 24th Time: 10:30 am- noon Cost: $60.00 pre-registration required
