Event Description

A sold out event every holiday season! In this workshop you will create a festive fused glass decoration that will brighten your home all season long! In this beginner-friendly warm glass workshop, you'll design a layered holiday tree display featuring a 12-inch decorative tree paired with a charming 4-inch accent tree. The smaller tree is displayed in front of the larger tree, creating depth, dimension, and a beautiful layered effect. Personalize your trees with colorful pieces of glass to make your project uniquely yours. Whether your style is classic Christmas, whimsical, or modern, you'll have a stunning holiday display that can be enjoyed year after year. After kiln firing, our staff will attach a clear glass votive holder to the back of the larger tree, allowing a battery-operated or tealight candle to softly illuminate your finished piece and add a warm holiday glow. Along the way, you'll learn the fundamentals of warm glass, including cutting, arranging, and layering fusible glass. No experience is necessary—our instructors will guide you through every step. All materials, instruction, kiln firing, and assembly of the votive holder are included. Your finished project will be ready for pickup approximately three weeks after the workshop.
