Iowa's Jazz Station reunites some of Eastern Iowa's best-known musicians for the 50th Anniversary edition of Jazz Under the Stars. Join KCCK for free, family-friendly jazz concerts in Cedar Rapids' Noelridge Park. Each concert features both a headliner and a young artist ensemble. Food trucks and kids activities on-site. Admission is free.
Kings of 'da Blues on August 21 will be a massive jam session that will involve nearly every Blues musician in the Corridor, including Dennis McMurrin, Dan Johnson, Eric Douglas, Tom Gliblin, BillyLee and Bryce Janey, along with a reunion of International Blues Challenge winner Kevin Burt with his original band, The Blues Instigators.
