Event Description

Join us in creating your own comprehensive plan; gathering and organizing personal and legal documents; and discussing your wishes to help prepare for your future. There will be four sessions, each covering different topics, led by Family Caregivers Center volunteers Laura Sagers and Paula Burgmeier, and Attorney Mark Van Heukelom.
