Sydney Wright, Cedar Rapids Fire Department, will speak with us about the fire department’s November bond vote. She will provide a brief overview of the proposed bond, including what the funding would be used for, why these investments are needed, and how they will help us continue providing effective fire and emergency services to our community. Most importantly, Sydney will welcome the opportunity for those in attendance to ask questions and have an open conversation about the proposal.
